"A player who is off the unicycle must not be an obstacle for opponents. The player is considered an obstacle if the player, the unicycle or stick is hit by the ball and also if an opponent cannot move around freely. The player should remount at the same spot, but if necessary move out of the way of play first."

Nothing is said here about what happens if these instances are met with the interaction of an obstacle.

I propose we say what happens... E.g., free shot etc.

Comment

This should probably put under the "fouls" section also.

If we move this under fouls it solves the problem of adding more text of "what should be done" because of the text saying all fouls should be penalised or advantage played.

Obstruction is definitely a foul, we even have a referee hand signal for "obstacle" under 14C.2.7 Referee Hand Signs

Comment

I agree we should just put this in the fouls section and I think that has been how it's always been interpreted (except in the case of blocking a direct shot on goal).
