Code of Conduct/anti harassment policy (Closed for comments)

Apart from the Section 1B.1 of the rules there's no mention of how we expect participants to conduct themselves between themselves and what we expect from them.

I believe it might make sense to outline a code of conduct/anti harassment policy. I've been at events covered by this policy and I think it covers most of it: https://static.mlh.io/docs/mlh-code-of-conduct.pdf.

I think it might make sense to outline the main points of a code of conduct in section 1B (stop when saying stop, don't act discriminatory, etc) and then in section 1C saying that Unicon hosts should publish a specific code of conduct for the event that would expand the general code of conduct with any local cultural sensitivity needed to be observed and outlining what steps are needed to report breaches and who to report it to.
