Remove reference to accuracy scores in 7C.4 Freestyle Judging Panel (Closed for comments)

Within 7C.4 Freestyle Judging Panel, there is the following sentence:
"Exceptions to workshop attendance are granted by the Chief Judge if judging rules have not changed since the previous judging experience and the judge has high Accuracy Scores."
We no longer use accuracy scores. Should this just say:
"Exceptions to workshop attendance can be granted by the Chief Judge if judging rules have not changed since the previous judging experience and the judge is experienced."
