The current rule states:

7E.5.3 Minimum Age Groups: Group

Small Group: 0-14, 15+ Large Group: none.

 

It should be Jr. Expert and Expert instead of 0-14, 15+. Expert allows for riders under age 15.

7B.8.1.1 Time Limits For Age Groups matches this, and uses Jr. Expert and Expert.

 

I don't think there should be much discussion about this, and I hope to just be able to create a proposal. Is that okay with everyone?
